Born and raised in a small town named Cesenatico in Italy, I spent most of my younger years working on my grandfathers farm making olive oil and wine

I have Been at Shoal Bay for 6 years and have worked in restaurants all my life

All of our ingredients come from Italian cuisine and we serve an extensive range of Italian gourmet food 

My Brother comes out from Italy  every 6 months to bring me new and exiting styles of food and recipes from Italy
